FBO Recognition in the 2024 Professional Pilot PRASE Survey
Following our accomplishments in AIN’s FBO 2024 survey, we were also very proud to see our FBOs recognized in the Professional Pilot PRASE 2024 survey this year.
As a whole, Jet Aviation was ranked in the top five of the best small FBO chains, with a score of 8.78. Our Dubai FBOs also received individual recognition as the best Middle East and African FBO, with scores of 9.33 for our DXB FBO, and 9.00 for Dubai World Central (DWC).
“I’m very proud of our Middle East teams and I would like to thank every one of them for the commitment to exceptional service that they bring to work every day. Safety and service excellence are our top priorities across our network and it is always great to see our customers recognize this.”
“I’m very proud of our Middle East teams and I would like to thank every one of them for the commitment to exceptional service that they bring to work every day,” says Hardy Bütschi, VP Regional Operations Middle East & GM Dubai. “Safety and service excellence are our top priorities across our network, and it is always great to see our customers recognize this. I truly believe we have one of the best teams in the region and it is fantastic to see their hard work highlighted.”
We entered the Middle East in 1979 with an FBO in Jeddah. Since then, our presence in the region has grown to include FBOs in Riyadh and Medina, Saudi Arabia. In 2005 we opened our FBO in Dubai DXB, and in 2017 at Dubai DWC. The FBO network is complemented by an MRO hub in Dubai International Airport with several line stations throughout the region, including a dedicated AOG support.
Q1 has been very successful for our FBOs, with Palm Beach, Houston, Bozeman, Boston, New York City, Amsterdam, Geneva, Düsseldorf, Zurich, Sydney, Singapore, and Dubai all receiving praise from customers in industry surveys thanks to the efforts and hard work of our teams.
