Jet Aviation Completes Construction of Scottsdale Facility in Partnership with NetJets

The newly constructed facility on Jet Aviation’s leasehold will serve as a NetJets exclusive passenger terminal, administration offices, aircraft hangar storage, and aircraft maintenance. 

The construction commenced in April 2022 and was completed in just over two years on May 31, 2024, showcasing the efficiency and expertise offered by the budding partnership. The facility officially began operations on August 5, 2024.

Spanning a total of 41,500 square feet, the facility boasts a 30,000 square foot hangar designed to accommodate a wide range of aircraft for various maintenance needs. Attached to the hangar is a two-story, 11,500 square foot customer terminal and administrative facility overlooking the airport and nearby mountains.

Jet Aviation will take on the responsibilities of line service, fueling, and customer service at the new facility, ensuring that every aircraft and client receives top-notch service. Meanwhile, NetJets will be responsible for conducting maintenance within the hangar. This division of responsibilities is expected to optimize operations and enhance service quality, benefiting both companies and their clients.
