Twelve Jet Aviation locations recognized in AIN’s 2025 FBO Survey

Each year, Aviation International News (AIN) surveys pilots, flight departments and industry professionals to rate FBOs across key categories such as line service, pilot amenities, facilities and customer service.
This year, twelve Jet Aviation FBOs were recognized by industry participants who voted in the survey: Amsterdam, Boston, Bozeman, Dubai International, Dusseldorf, Geneva, Houston, Palm Beach, Singapore, Sydney, Teterboro, and Zurich.
Jet Aviation Palm Beach ranked in the global Top 5% of the survey, marking the third consecutive year our dedicated team has received this high recognition. They also achieved fifth place in the survey’s Top Rated FBOs In The Americas (By Overall Average) rankings, with an overall average score of 4.75 — a 0.02 increase from last year’s score. Placing in the top categories for Line Service and Pilot Amenities, these survey results reflect our team’s ongoing commitment to providing a safe, seamless service and support to our valued customers and crew members who pass through Palm Beach daily.

“This is a great achievement for our team,” says Steven Schrammel, Senior Manager and GM FBO Services, Palm Beach. “As busy as we are, our Palm Beach team has built a reputation for their exceptional service for both passengers and crew. I’m incredibly proud of the team and humbled to have the opportunity to work with people who are so passionate about providing a seamless, personalized Jet Aviation experience to every customer who comes through our doors. They are the reason we are in this position.”
Offering expanded options for our customers flying into Florida, our state-of-the-art FBO in Palm Beach features six hangars and extensive ramp space. The FBO is situated adjacent to a state-of-the-art Gulfstream maintenance facility, with which it shares over 7,000 square feet of the passenger terminal on the first floor.
According to Steven, it is also the small touches at our Palm Beach FBO facility that makes it deserving of AIN’s recognition. From the dedicated team members to the quick, informed decisions; customer safety; customer service and personalized local touches, the team has decades of expertise between them to ensure an effortless experience for everyone who passes through our facility.
“They go above and beyond every day, and their passion and commitment to providing a memorable Jet Aviation experience really sets our FBO apart”
Our FBO in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, was also recognized in the Top 20% worldwide, scoring 4.51 on AIN’s five-point scale. In AIN’s Rest of World category, the facility came in at third place for Line Service with a score of 4.62, and sixth overall in the Top Rated FBOs In Europe, The Middle East, Africa, And Asia-Pacific (By Overall Average) rankings.
“This accolade is testament to the tireless efforts of our teams here on the ground, and on the ramp. The recognition from all the survey respondents shows that our teams are truly setting the standard for the industry. We’re all incredibly proud of that achievement,” says Ricardo Paiva, Senior Director Site Operations at Amsterdam.
