Teterboro FBO Recognized in Business Air News Survey
Our Teterboro FBO was recognized as one of the top ten FBOs in North America in a recent Business Air News survey.
The team's effort and excellence have long been apparent to those who share a workspace; it’s a joy to see them earn the same recognition from our customers and industry peers.
“I’m extremely proud of the Teterboro team. At the end of the day, our job is to provide a quality experience for the customers and crews who pass through here – a task that requires a great deal of coordination and hard work on a consistent basis,” said Kevin Pattermann, FBO Director and General Manager. “A lot of this work goes unseen, but the results of this survey are an indication that the end product reflects these efforts in the eyes of our customers.”
The survey was conducted over the past year, and open to aircraft owners, operators, and pilots who subscribe to Business Air News. Participants in the survey were asked to rate the FBOs with a score of 1-9 (nine being the best) in four categories: Facilities, Services, Staff, and Value.
“We are committed to placing the customer at the heart of everything we do, by providing a safe and seamless service… Our teams are truly the effort behind effortless and I am very happy to see them recognized across the industry.”
“It is fantastic to see our teams consistently recognized in industry and customer surveys such as this,” said Richard Layson, vice president FBO operations in the Americas. “We are committed to placing the customer at the heart of everything we do, by providing a seamless and safe service at all of our facilities worldwide. Our team is truly the effort behind effortless and I am very happy to see them recognized across the industry for the hard work and passion they bring to work every day.”
In September, Business Air News published the results of a survey pertaining to FBOs in EMEA, which featured Jet Aviation placing in two of the top ten spots. Jet Aviation Amsterdam and Jet Aviation Zurich placed fifth and tenth respectively.
