Operational Updates

From Tuesday, April 8, to Tuesday, May 20, 2025, periodic runway closures will be in effect from Monday through Friday, 3.00pm to 11.00pm local time. During this period, any aircraft arriving after 3.00pm is required to coordinate in advance with the FBO team to ensure the runway is cleared for landing.

The main runway at Dubai World Central (DWC), will be closed for planned essential maintenance on the following dates.

April 7 – April 10, 2025 (0500 LT – 1700 LT)
April 14 – April 17, 2025 (0500 LT – 1700 LT)
April 21 – April 24, 2025 (0500 LT – 1700 LT)

Alternatively our FBO and facilities at Dubai International Airport (DXB), are available for use and will continue to operate as normal during this time.

As part of our commitment to providing a seamless customer experience, we want to make you aware of additional considerations when traveling through our Palm Beach facility during President Trump’s current term.

Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs) will be in effect on a routine basis when President Trump is visiting the Palm Beach area. An official notification regarding a presidential TFR will be issued through NOTAMs and communicated by your scheduling team no sooner than 72 hours prior to activation. Aircraft operators will need to register with TSA 24 hours prior to scheduling flights during TFR active periods. You should be aware that TFR details are subject to change.

During your journey to and from Palm Beach, it is important to plan ahead and account for additional steps
during TFR periods. For flights arriving into PBI during an active TFR period, an inbound gateway screening is
required at one of the following TSA screening locations: HPN, TEB, IAD, MCO, or FLL. TSA screenings will be available from 8.00am to 5.00pm local time. Please be advised that no flights will be permitted outside the TSA availability during these active periods.

Please note that normal operations will resume when no TFRs are in place, and no additional procedures will be required outside of these restrictions. For any questions, please contact your designated scheduling team.

Effective March 1, 2025, the U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) main office located at Teterboro Airport’s Hangar 1 will adjust operating protocols.

This move will not affect the current CBP operations on the ramp at Jet Aviation.

Pre-Approved Reservation fees will be in effect from April 17-21, 2025. Due to anticipated high traffic volume during this period, all operators (excluding those listed below) will require a pre-approved reservation to be accepted on the ramp.

Fee Structure:

• Light: $4,600
  • Bombardier Learjet 40 XR, 45XR and 70/75 models; Hawker Beechcraft 400; Embraer Phenom 300/100; Dassault Falcon 10; and Cessna Citation CJ1-CJ4, Bravo, and Encore models.
• Midsize: $7,500
  • Cessna Citation XLS, Columbus, and Sovereign; Embraer Legacy 450 and 500; Bombardier Learjet 60 XR or 85; Dassault Falcon 20; Hawker Beechcraft 750, 850XP, and 900XP; and Gulfstream 150 and 250, Dassault Falcon 2000S and 900DX, Cessna Citation X, Embraer Legacy 600, Gulfstream G250, Bombardier Challenger 300, and Hawker Beechcraft 4000.
• Large: $10,750
  • Bombardier Global and Challenger models; Dassault Falcon 7x/8x; and Gulfstream G4/450, G500, G550, G650, and G700
