Jet Aviation Saudi Arabia Through the Eyes of Our Employees

Over the past 45 years we have built up long-term personal relationships with many of our customers. Part of this is our employees’ passion for what they do, and their commitment to providing seamless service at all times. We speak with some of our longest serving employees in Saudi Arabia to find out why they love their job, and what has changed for them over the decades.

How has your job changed over the past years?

It has changed significantly and noticeably to keep pace with new technology. In the past we did not use computers, or communication devices between shifts, or applications to accomplish work, but now we use them – and I look forward to more, especially in my department to provide hospitality, and introduce digital services. It will be wonderful.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

This is a very nice question! My enjoyment begins when I enter my office every morning, until sunset. Simply providing an unexpected service to a customer and seeing their smile is fulfilling. I also enjoy arranging and preparing for a big event such as Formula One; organizing employees, and hospitality. It is always a pleasure when a client enters my office to request a special service and working with my team brings me great joy. I am the manager of an important department in the company. I must transfer the spirit of enjoyment to my team, as they are the spirit of my department. Finally, I love belonging to a strong global brand. This company expands beyond the horizon.

Do you have a favorite memory of your time with Jet Aviation?

Over the course of 27 years working with Jet Aviation, I have had many favorite times, including:

• The date of my first day working at Jet Aviation.
• The recognition for various anniversaries, and for the birth of my first child.
• The General Director’s presence at my wedding was one of the most beautiful and important times in my life.
• Celebrating twenty-five years of work at Jet Aviation is one of the most happy moments.
• Confirming my appointment as Director of the Customer Service Department, as I saw happiness and support from employees and major customers, and received many calls of congratulation.
• One of the most beautiful times was the reaction of clients after placing decorations to celebrate Christmas and New Year inside my office. I did not expect this big of a reaction, and my office became a shrine for photography and crew meetings to celebrate.

Expressions of gratitude from my colleagues and clients are an everyday source of happiness. In fact, my favorite times are when I feel satisfied with my work and see in the eyes and faces of those around me that they have received service as it should be from my department.

Since my early days with the company, we have seen remarkable advancements in technology, service quality, and operational efficiency. Our commitment to innovation and excellence has driven us to enhance our facilities and expand our service offerings, ensuring we meet the dynamic needs of our clients. The collaborative spirit within our team has been pivotal in achieving these milestones, and I am proud to be part of such a forward-thinking organization.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

What I enjoy most about my role is the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team to drive meaningful change. Each day presents new challenges and learning experiences, allowing me to grow both professionally and personally. The ability to contribute to impactful projects and see the positive outcomes of our efforts is truly rewarding.

Reflecting on my time at Jet Aviation, one of my most memorable experiences is the collaborative spirit and unwavering dedication of our team during annual gatherings. The synergy and commitment we demonstrated were not only inspiring but also a true reflection of our organization’s core values. Our collective efforts toward a common goal strengthened our professional relationships and clearly illustrated the powerful impact we can achieve through cooperation and innovation.
