Jet Aviation voted into top ten most attractive employers in Switzerland
Randstad, a global human resource consulting company based in the Netherlands, recently released its 8th annual study on the most attractive employers in Switzerland — placing Jet Aviation in the top ten list for the first time!
Drawing on its vast database of prospective employees, Randstad respondents are asked to rate companies on a number of criteria including job security, the work environment, pay, and work-life balance. Jet Aviation ranked alongside Zurich Airport (#1), Swiss, and a handful of luxury brand companies from more than 150 companies.
What’s interesting is why. According to a spokeswoman for Randstad, respondents want to work for these companies because they associate something with their brands. "The brand as an employer is linked to the company's brand."
“The brand as an employer is linked to the company’s brand.”
As a company with some 50 locations and 4,000 employees worldwide, Jet Aviation refreshed its brand earlier this year to demonstrate its commitment to enabling global flight, with passion.
“As a leading aviation partner in global flight, our goal is to shape innovative, world class standards in service and quality to ensure we maintain our relevance in this changing world,” says Elouisa Dalli, Senior Vice President Group Marketing and Communications. “Our brand identity and promise is to deliver a simple, warm and cohesive elevated experience across our businesses — and the journey begins with our employees.”
