This privacy notice describes how Jet Aviation AG, a corporation created and existing under the laws of Switzerland, with registered offices at Aeschengraben 6, CH-4051 Basel Switzerland (“we”, “our” or “us”) collects and processes personal information about you through www.jetaviation.com and all other Jet Aviation websites and applications that link to this Privacy Notice (the “Services”), how we use and protect this information, and your rights in relation to this information.
This privacy notice applies to all personal information we collect or process about you. Personal information is information, or a combination of pieces of information, that could reasonably allow you to be identified.

- Group companies: Jet Aviation AG is owned by General Dynamics Corporation in Reston, Virginia, USA, and we work closely with other businesses and companies that fall under the General Dynamics Corporation family. We may share certain information about you with General Dynamics Corporation and other General Dynamics Corporation companies for marketing purposes, security, optimization of products and services, and internal reporting. We do this for the purposes set out above.
- Where required by law: We may share your personal information with law enforcement agencies, courts, other government authorities or other third parties where we believe necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, or otherwise to protect our rights or the rights of any third party.
- In the context of a transaction: We may share your personal information with potential transaction partners, service providers, advisors, and other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company or we sell or transfer all or a portion of our assets or business. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to obligate the entity to which we transfer your personal information to use it in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Notice.

5. INFORMATION SECURITY AND STORAGE
We implement physical, technical, and organizational security measures designed to safeguard the personal information we process through the Services. These measures are aimed at providing on-going integrity and confidentiality for your personal information. We evaluate and update these measures on a regular basis. However, no information system can be 100% secure.
We retain your personal information for as long as we have a relationship with you. When deciding how long to keep your personal information after our relationship with you has ended, we take into account our legal obligations. 6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER

7. DATA PRIVACY REQUESTS

We process requests and enable individuals to fulfill their data privacy rights consistent with applicable data privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act. These rights include, but are not limited to, the right to access, correct, delete, and opt-out of data processing. These rights are dependent upon other considerations, such as the scope of applicable data privacy laws and the legal obligations of Jet Aviation. As such, our fulfillment of these data privacy rights is a guarantee of a process, not of an outcome. When responding to a data privacy request, we will:
- Verify: We will verify the identity of the requestor prior to a response being provided
- Respond: Upon verification, we will provide a response to the requestor without undue delay and within all regulation-specific timeframes
- Provide Reason: If we cannot or will not fulfill a request, the requestor will receive a response identifying the reason(s) and any additional steps available, including the right to appeal, if applicable
8. YOUR CHOICES
In addition to your choices with respect to the collection of personal data (see “ Personal Information We Collect” above), you have the ability to make certain choices about how we communicate with you and how we process certain personal data.
Communications Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving marketing or other communications from us at any time through a given communications channel, such as email or telephone, by following the opt-out link or other unsubscribe instructions provided in any email message received from us, by contacting us as provided at the end of this Privacy Notice, or by informing our customer service representatives of your desire to opt out. If you wish to opt out by sending us an email to the address provided below, please include “Opt Out” in the email’s subject line and include in the body of the email your name and the email address (and, if applicable, telephone number) you used to sign up for communications.
Note that if you do business with us in the future, you may not, subject to applicable law, opt out of certain automated notifications, such as order or subscription confirmations, based on business transactions (e.g., e-commerce).
